Fresh Hop Rice Lager

Fresh Hop Japanese Lager (GF) · 5% ABV

Fresh Cascade hops are paired with bright rice malt in this innovative, gluten-free, fresh-hopped rice lager. Japanese lagers are refreshing, light and flavorful, perfect for the lingering summer days. This year we're working with Mauka Living Farms, a regenerative hop farm on the edge of the Cascade range in Beavercreek, OR, to provide the hops for this once-a-year fresh hop beer. Brewed with water, malted rice, malted millet, hops, and yeast.

We added 100 lbs of freshly harvested Centennial hops from Coleman's Alluvial Farm straight into the hopback to extract their fresh aromatics and flavor before transferring the wort to the fermenter! This IPA is bursting with the vibrant character of fresh Centennial hops! Expect impressive aromas of citrus, grapefruit, lemon, ripe berries, and resinous pine, followed by a smooth, balanced body and just enough bitterness to let those fresh hop flavors shine!

The iconic hop experience ale, but slammed with fresh hops! Using fresh-picked Citra hops from Westwood Farms, we cryogenically froze the hop cones and shattered them into the tank, all within a few hours of harvest.

Glass Raiser Fresh Hop

Fresh Citra hops from Coleman's Homeplace Farm in St. Paul were added for a 48-hour cold soak before packaging, adding an awesome blast of orangey citrus and deep danky herbs, riding atop a lean and clean malt base and well-balanced bitterness. Brewed in collaboration with the team from Proper Pint in Portland.

Our Fresh Hop Kölsch combines the bright citrus and gentle floral notes of freshly-harvested Lórien hops with the delicate malt profile of a crisp, refreshing Kölsch. This classic beer style is enhanced by the vibrant, fresh hops harvested locally by Coleman Agriculture in Independence, OR and taken from bine to brew kettle in under 24 hours.

Coastline Fresh Hop IPA

Named for famed local cover band The Coastline, this year 50 pounds of fresh Mosaic hops from Coleman Hops were added to a classic IPA malt bill to produce a truly special brew, bursting with sweet tropical fruit and earthy pine.

Ms. Hover

Fresh Hop American Lager · 4.5% ABV

Our brand new American lager is named after our friend Ivy Hover, who organizes all this fresh hop madness year after year at Coleman Hops. None of us could do this without her help! Thanks, bud, we appreciate you. Ms. Hover was dosed with freshly kilned Mt. Hood hops and it's so light, so bright, and so delicious. Soft floral notes and bright honeydew melon are complemented by the snappy white bread finish. This beer was meant for drinking in the sun after a long day on the farm. We encourage you to do so.

Quality of Consciousness

Fresh Hop Hazy IPA · 7% ABV

A curious and considered fresh hop Hazy IPA. While there is no consensus in the medical and philosophical communities about what constitutes consciousness or what distinguishes consciousness from mere waking existence, there is consensus among the brewers at Fort George and collaborators Ruse Brewing about what constitutes a delicious Fresh Hop Hazy IPA. Quality of Consciousness is a very limited Fresh Hop Hazy IPA brewed with fresh Simcoe from Coleman Hops.

Crafted with four different Coleman hop varieties (Cascade, Chinook, Strata, Simcoe cryo) and Montana Craft Malt's Steffi Pils Malt.
